Tonight,
This blog will be short and simple. I am going to to BED EARLY. Sleep is vital for emotional and mental stability and hair growth. My increasing your sleep, you lessen your risk of depression and stress. From all the data I have read and years of hearing my mom and dad say, "You need to get at least 8 hours a sleep", sleep is important for the body to work correctly.
So, tonight, I am going to bed at ten. Turning off the phone, shutting off the computer, switching off the t.v. and sleeping.
